Welcome to the InterOptimability Training Curriculum and Certification Program

Stewards of Change Institute’s ITCC program incorporates the knowledge and tools we’ve accumulated over the past 15 years through our work with thousands of HHS leaders, academic partners, and industry experts. It is designed to prepare executives, program managers, supervisors, and case workers for a more-complex, interconnected and multidisciplinary 21st Century workplace.

You will begin with the Introduction to InterOptimability module, which you must successfully complete before progressing to the next two modules: the Foundational Pillars of InterOptimability and Putting InterOptimability to Work. After finishing all three parts, you will receive a course completion certificate – and you will have taken the first step toward becoming a Certified
InterOptimability Professional (CIP).

The next course in this program focuses on two vital components of every interoperability effort, Privacy and Consent. Plus, more courses are in development. Stay tuned!

We created ITCC to advance person-centered care, while improving operations, cost-effectiveness, and most importantly, outcomes. We are excited by the doors this program will open, the connections it will enable you to make, and the good it will do. Most of all, we believe it will lead us to a healthier and more equitable world.

We are grateful to the Kresge Foundation for its generous support of this work.
